    Mission Night Market

    The Mission Night Market runs from May to October on the 2nd Friday of each month. The hours are 6 PM- 10 PM and offer a variety of options for people of all ages.

    The Night Market “aims to bring diverse people together under the night sky in a celebration of culture, community, and connection.”

    Every month, the Mission Night Market provides the opportunity for local businesses and retailers to share their offerings with the community. Also at the Mission Night Market are musicians and community program information booths.

    3. The Butler Institute of American Art

    Opened in 1919, The Butler Institute was the first museum dedicated exclusively to American art. Highlights include famous American landscape painter, Winslow Homer’s, Snap the Whip, a painting paying tribute to the one-room schoolhouse era.

    5. See a Show at the Covelli Centre

    The Covelli Centre is a multi-purpose arena in Youngstown, Ohio and is home to the Youngstown Phantoms of the United States Hockey League and has hosted tournaments, wrestling matches, concerts, and more.

    Throughout the summer, the Covelli Centre offers a Summer Outdoor Movie Series. Running from mid-June to mid-August, residents can attend a weekly movie at no cost.
