What a difference five months can make.
It feels like just yesterday that I was floating between our home base in Cleveland and surrounding communities like Akron, Youngstown, and Sandusky on a near-daily basis for in-person meetings with clients.
Now I have a professional-grade Zoom account and more experience using Google Meet, Skype, and GoToMeeting than I thought I would acquire in a lifetime!
Even though the style we use in our office to communicate with clients has changed, what has not changed is the quality of the client experience.
Even though we have largely lost the ability to shake our clients’ hands, we will never compromise our ability to touch our client’s hearts.
