Since our founding in 2013, Liner Legal has passionately fought for our clients to receive disability benefits. Now, in 2018, we also want to help our clients fight their disability itself. Obesity is the number one cause of disability in America, and this March, we are excited to launch a 12-week program that focuses on weight loss and eating healthy.
The program, Liner Legal Largest Loser, is open to our clients, their friends and family, and the entire Cleveland community. No matter what your health goals are, you can participate in this program for free! Our goal for the first year is to get 250 people to collectively lose 2500 pounds.

Here are some documents that you can download and print off to help you through the weigh-loss journey. The food log is a place to record what you eat each day. The weekly meal plan is a document to plan your weekly meals so you can eat healthy all week long. The weigh-in updates document is where you can write down your weight each week so you can see your progress.
