Ready for a Fresh Start? Make a Lifestyle Change with Us!

Since our founding in 2013, Liner Legal has passionately fought for our clients to receive disability benefits. Now, in 2018, we also want to help our clients fight their disability itself. Obesity is the number one cause of disability in America, and starting April 16th, we are excited to launch a 12-week program that focuses on weight loss and eating healthy.

The program, Liner Legal Largest Loser, is open to our clients, their friends and family, and the entire Cleveland community. No matter what your health goals are, you can participate in this program for free! Our goal for the first year is to get 250 people to collectively lose 2000 pounds.

Join us in changing to a healthy lifestyle, and we will be with you every step of the way!

We want to first and foremost assist our clients, but the entire Cleveland community is welcome to participate!

The program is free for everyone!

Exercise

Advanced Orthopedics & Physical Therapy’s staff took the time to create a video showing multiple types of exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home.No gym, no problem! They also give tips on how to gradually increase your workouts as you progress through the program.

Nutrition

During each week of the program, we will send out a one or two-week meal plans for you to try at home! Each meal plan is focused on being able to shop for healthy groceries, even on a SNAP budget. Megan Reynolds, a local Registered Dietitian, and Dr. Sarah Prosak, a Doctor of Chiropractic, helped create meal plans and other healthful resources for you to use.

Tracking Your Progress

We also wanted to take the time to explain how tracking your progress will work! If you already have a scale at home feel free to use that! Or if you don’t, we will indicate areas you can go for weigh-ins. During the program you can either weigh yourself daily, weekly, or right at the beginning and end; whichever you prefer and works best for your schedule! Weighing yourself is optional so choose what works best for you!

Tips

Our office is also dedicated to creating our own resources for you to have! Dave’s Market allowed us to create grocery shopping tip videos at their Ohio City store, and we have easy to follow recipe videos ready to send your way!

How do grocery store gift cards, tickets to Cleveland sports games, or a free FitBit sound? Each week we will tell you how you can enter to win one of our weekly prizes.

Program Documents

Here are some documents that you can download and print off to help you through the weigh-loss journey. The food log is a place to record what you eat each day. The weekly meal plan is a document to plan your weekly meals so you can eat healthy all week long. The weigh-in updates document is where you can write down your weight each week so you can see your progress. We hope you’ll take advantage of these valuable documents and add them to your weight-loss regimen!
