- From the dashboard, find your case under “Active Cases.”
- Click on the case name or reference number to open its details.
3. Review Updates: The HONA platform will allow you to so see all communication about your active cases and provide:
- Communication from our legal disability warriors.
- Educational and informative resources.
- Status activity and updates (e.g., pending, approved, denied).
- Upcoming deadlines and required actions.
