What is a Contingency Fee?
Disability attorneys are paid on a contingency basis, which means we only get paid if you win.
Here’s how it works:
- If your case is approved, our fee is the lesser of 25% of your past-due benefits OR $9,200 (whichever is lower, per SSA rules).
- If your case is appealed to federal court, the flat rate becomes 25% of backpay
