    We do not pay referral fees to non-lawyers, including healthcare providers, social workers, or organizations. Referrals are made based solely on professional trust and a shared commitment to client outcomes. Our obligation is always to act in the best interest of the individual seeking legal help.
    For other legal practice areas (such as Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Disability, and others), Liner Legal may enter into co-counsel or fee-sharing agreements, but only where: the client is fully informed and provides written consent, the total fee is reasonable and the arrangement complies with Rule 1.5(e) and any applicable state laws.

    In accordance with the American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct and applicable state bar regulations, we do not offer or accept referral fees for Social Security Disability (SSD/SSI) cases, as these are governed by the fee-approval rules of the Social Security Administration (SSA).
