For other legal practice areas (such as Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Veterans Disability, and others), Liner Legal may enter into co-counsel or fee-sharing agreements, but only where: the client is fully informed and provides written consent, the total fee is reasonable, and the arrangement complies with Rule 1.5(e) and applicable state laws.

We do not pay referral fees to non-lawyers, including healthcare professionals, social workers, or organizations. Any referrals made or received are based solely on professional trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to client success. Client referrals are always made with the client’s informed consent, and our primary obligation is to act in the best interest of the individual seeking assistance.
