Jordyn Paratore brings compassion, clinical insight, and a deep understanding of human behavior to everything she does at Liner Legal. As both the Director of People and our dedicated Client Concierge, Jordyn plays a vital dual role supporting our clients on their most difficult days, and empowering our staff to serve them at their best.

A Clinical Counselor Serving Clients Beyond the Courtroom

Before joining Liner Legal in 2020, Jordyn built her career in the mental health field, where she worked as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in crisis management and inpatient care. It was there she discovered her passion and skill for discharge planning, helping people safely transition back to their lives with the right tools, resources, and support.

That same mindset now drives her work at Liner Legal. As the Client Concierge, Jordyn helps bridge the gap between legal advocacy and everyday life. She assists clients in accessing vital community services such as housing, food assistance, transportation, healthcare, utility aid, and more so they can focus on their health and their case.

Her work reflects a powerful truth: disability clients need more than paperwork they need people who care.

In her role as Director of People, Jordyn ensures that Liner Legal’s staff feels empowered, supported, and aligned with the firm’s mission of compassionate advocacy. She helps shape company culture, assists with HR processes, and works closely with leadership to enhance employee experience because when the team thrives, so do the clients.
